Brian Mansker – Survey Crew Technician

Brian is involved in most survey projects at Woodson. His responsibilities include all aspects of field work such as lot surveys, and topographic surveys using conventional survey equipment. Since recently joining Woodson, Brian has been involved in a floodway staking project, elevation certificates, and construction staking.

Recent Project Experience

Little Colorado River Tribal Park, Cameron, AZ – Completed surveying and design for an access Road from SR 64 to Little Colorado River Tribal Park for Navajo Parks and Recreation.

Townsend Winona Highway, Coconino County, AZ – Performed construction staking  for pavement widening project on Townsend-Winona Highway at Leupp Road intersection including drainage and pedestrian improvements and striping.

Sanborn Rd., Sedona, AZ – Setting control, topographic survey, centerlines for pavement preservation and drainage improvement project.

Dry Creek Road, Yavapai County, AZ – Field survey, locating visible existing survey monuments, and visible surface features within the existing roadway corridor.

Bus Stop Mobility Improvements, NAIPTA, Flagstaff, AZ – Construction staking for redesigned bus stops in Flagstaff to improve ADA access.

Slayton Ranch Estates, Coconino County, AZ – Surveying at new development east of Flagstaff in Doney Park.

Renaissance 5, Winslow, AZ – Construction staking for street improvement project in Winslow.

New Home Construction, Flagstaff, AZ – Staking of house corners for clearing and excavation; benchmark with cut/fill to finished floor and pin house corners in concrete footing.

Grand Canyon Town Center, Tusayan, AZ – Boundary and topographic survey for new hotel and mixed use center.

4th Street Sidewalks, Flagstaff, AZ – Survey for new sidewalks, medians, and other pedestrian features.
