John Hall, PE, Senior Project Manager
John has over 30 years of diversified civil engineering consulting experience. He has been involved with the Engineering Management of design teams for site developments for public and private clients, including residential, commercial, industrial and public works projects. He is proficient in the management of technical personnel carrying out engineering design, scheduling, inspections, surveying and construction management. With a broad base of civil design knowledge and excellent communication skills, he has successfully managed a variety of design offices thereby gaining the versatility to achieve positive results on challenging assignments. John has recently joined Woodson; the projects below were completed during previous employment.Education
Fain Road Realignment Project, Yavapai County PWD - Project Design Engineer for the final design and permitting for this rural arterial realignment for a length of 5.4 miles, connecting SR 69 and SR 89A. Design included preliminary design of a future four-lane divided facility with all grade-separated interchanges, and the final design of a two-lane facility with one interchange. All phases of the design were subject to the ADOT review process.
Mudsprings Road Roundabout and Road Improvements, Town of Payson - Project Engineer for the final design of approximately one mile of two-lane urban arterial including a roundabout design at the intersection of Granite Dells Road.
Aspen Meadow Estates, Phase 1 and Phase 2, Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ - Project Engineer for the roadway design of collector roadways serving this 50-acre mixed development. Work included the review and permitting by ADOT for the portion of the roadway intersecting with State Route 260 in Pinetop. Also completed drainage studies for offsite and onsite runoff issues, water design reporting and sewer collection design reporting.
Jesse Hayes Road Reconstruction Project, City of Globe - Project Engineer for the Design Concept Report and the final design documentation of the reconstruction of a 5-mile section of this two-lane urban arterial. Work included the analysis of alternative design sections, drainage design reporting and the completion of final roadway design plans.
Cherry Creek Memorial Park Traffic Impact Analyses, Camp Verde, Arizona - Project Engineer responsible for all traffic reporting completed for this 23-acre development in accordance with the ADOT methodology for Traffic Impact Analysis and utilizing the computer program McTrans.
Relocation of School Premises, Sedona Christian School - Project Engineer for the civil design and traffic reporting for a private elementary school. Design work included roadworks, grading and drainage design, and the completion of a traffic impact study in accordance with ADOT methodology.
